Cardio and Core Conditioning
A cardio and core conditioning class that emphasizes constantly-varied, high-intensity functional movement. Focus is on cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, and balance to maximize performance and fitness.
Lifetime Sports
Lifetime sports are physical activities that people can enjoy throughout their lives. Lifetime sports are less strenuous sports such as tennis, badminton, and archery are suitable for people in all stages of life and can serve as physical and social outlets.
Team Sports
This class will place an emphasis on participation in several team sports. Students will spend time learning the rules and regulations of each sport, practicing the skills to be successful at each sport, taking leadership roles as captains or officials, as well as compete in games and contests.
Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Strength Training
This class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, tubing and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. You will work every muscle in your body!
Group Fitness
High intensity cardio intervals combined with strength and flexibility exercises to give your body a complete workout. Participants will get their heart rate up and tone every muscle in their body during this class.
Sports Medicine 1
This course is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in athletic training, physical therapy, medical science, nutrition or other related fields.

The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of the measures for the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of athletic related injuries.
